Meet the Chef: Jeffrey Vigilla
Leading our culinary vision is Chef Jeffrey Vigilla, the Director of the B+HARI Culinary Center. Born in Hilo and trained in five-star resorts across the globe, Chef Jeff brings a unique blend of world-class technique and local island wisdom to the team. His passion for neuro-nutrition is deeply personal. After navigating his own significant health challenges, including a spinal fluid leak and tinnitus, Chef Jeff discovered the restorative power of food firsthand. Today, he combines his culinary expertise with his personal journey to help you cook with purpose, healing, and joy.
