The B+HARI Brain Program is a journey to know your own brain better through tangible, hands-on practice.

Think of it as a brain gym that uses neuroscience-based challenges to encourage you to move, think, live and play … with the goal of reigniting the conversation between your brain and body.

At B+HARI, we believe that your brain is a forest, and alive, and you hold the power to nurture it to health.

We meet weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with two convenient times each day to fit your schedule. The B+HARI membership gives you the flexibility to attend the time that works for you. Each session is approximately 60 minutes long.
