As a non-profit organization, your membership directly sustains our mission to bring leading brain health research and practices to the community.

The B+HARI NeuroCognition Learning Methodology uses a unique movement + cognition-based approach to encourage NEUROPLASTICITY and COGNITIVE RESERVE, helping your brain stay healthier for longer.

Everything you learn in class is designed to be easily done at home. We give you the tools to bring these powerful practices into your daily life, and welcome you to share them with the people you care about most.
Classes begin
Tuesday, January 6th, 2026*
We meet weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with two convenient times each day to fit your schedule. Your unlimited membership gives you the flexibility to attend any class time that works for you. Each class is approximately 90 minutes long.

FAQS
What does my initial $100 payment cover?
It secures your spot as one of the first 100 founding members and acts as your payment for your first full month of classes, which begin on January 6th, 2026 (subject to change).
What happens after I pay the $100?
You will immediately receive a welcome email with your digital Founders Circle membership card. Your recurring billing at the locked-in $100/month rate will automatically begin on February 1st, 2026.
Where will the classes be held?
All classes for our initial launch will be held at our TOPA Financial Center campus. We will notify all members well in advance as we begin to offer new class options at our other partner campuses.
What if the schedule, location, or curriculum changes?
Our commitment is to provide a dynamic and high-quality experience. To do this, we may occasionally need to adjust class times, instructors, locations, or curriculum topics. We promise to communicate any significant changes to our members with as much advance notice as possible. This flexibility allows us to adapt and continuously improve the program for our entire community.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. The initial $100 Founders Circle payment is a non-refundable fee to secure your spot and cover your first month.
Please note, the exclusive $100/month Founders Circle rate is for continuous membership. Should you cancel and decide to rejoin later, you will be subject to the standard membership rate, currently $150/month.
Is my membership fee tax-deductible?
Your membership fee is not considered a tax-deductible donation because you receive direct services (our classes and programs) in return. However, your payment is vital and directly supports the mission of B+HARI as a non-profit organization.
