GUT-HAND CONNECTION
At B+HARI, we believe that the hands are one of the brain’s first point of contact with food.
Before the mouth tastes it or the stomach receives it, the skin of the hands is already connecting the food to your nervous system.
What does that mean?
It is working to send signals that can prepare the gut to digest, absorb, and integrate what is coming.
We call this the Gut-Hand Connection: the idea that intentional, tool-free engagement with living food is not just preparation of food for eating, but it is the beginning of nourishing ourselves.
The Project: Farm To Brain™
Our signature initiative, Farm To Brain™, translates the science of neuro nutrition into delicious, actionable meals. Inspired by the "Island Style" of eating, this project emphasizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients: from nutrient-dense sea vegetation to sustainably caught fish. We believe that prevention is better than cure. Through this project, we guide you away from processed foods and toward a lifestyle of whole, vibrant ingredients that protect your brain and energize your body, one habit at a time.
