At NeuroFitness, we love to learn about the essential rhythm of a healthy brain: the balance between deep, restorative rest and active, joyful engagement. 

Created by a neurologist and an architect, NeuroFitness helps you move, learn, and live with greater cognitive strength. Each session begins with movement and group connection to activate brain systems that can support focus, memory, emotional regulation, and physical coordination. Through experiential, full-body learning, you will build practical skills that train your brain and body together.

Neurocognitive Play is our unique method of learning through movement and shared sensory input. We love to play, and we believe play is powerful for your brain. But just as important is learning when to pause, giving your mind the balance it needs between activity and rest to stay clear, creative, and strong.

After each activity, we explore the science behind what you just practiced, along with key lifestyle medicine principles like sleep, breathwork, nutrition, and stress recovery. You will leave with knowledge and tools you can use every day to support brain performance and protect long-term cognitive health

Rooted in neuroscience and designed to build community, B+HARI sessions are socially rich, culturally meaningful, and emotionally engaging. This is the kind of learning your brain remembers.
