The B+HARI Neuro Fitness Program is a science-backed, joy-driven approach to lifelong brain health that is built on the idea that you learn best by feeling first. 

Created by a neurologist and an architect, it helps you move, learn, and live with greater cognitive strength. Each session begins with movement and group connection to activate brain systems that can support focus, memory, emotional regulation, and physical coordination. Through experiential, full-body learning, you will build practical skills that train your brain and body together.

After each activity, we explore the science behind what you just practiced, along with key lifestyle medicine principles like sleep, breathwork, nutrition, and stress recovery. You will leave with knowledge and tools you can use every day to support brain performance and protect long-term cognitive health
